Spring Cleaning

Editing of Watcher's War plot is going strong, Chapters 1-4 have been cleaned up, tweaked a bit, and are ready for drawing. Book one should be squared away by the end of June. I hope to have Book two all good and fully planned out by the end of summer.
Erin is working away on the redux, she's got chapter one fully redrawn, and I have to say it's such an improvement over the original chapter.

*ahem*
Yeah...and obviously there's not comic to show you. I'm not going to apologize because we haven't even created a website for WW yet, we have planned from the get-go that we're not going to officially present WW until we have several (like 3) chapters drawn. This project is a lot of work, and Erin and I are in the final years of college, but things are progressing albeit slowly. So we've decided that if the comic isn't posted by this summer, it's probably not happening. But we'll see, I have faith in myself and Erin to see this project through even if it take another 3+ years.

Chapter One Redux

After some careful thought, we realize that the first chapter of our comic is really, really old, and doesn't reflect the current story or characters of Watcher's War. Erin and I began WW almost three years ago, and a whole bunch has changed in that time, we want to make sure that the story stays consistent.
Some things that will be changed from the original chapter:

We have completely redone Karen's physical features, you could say she very well rounded (har har).

We've added more characters and plot (oooh plot) to the first chapter in hopes to keep your attention.

And very importantly; more character development, we now think you'll have a better idea of who the characters are from the get go.

Good times.

The comic will most likely be released in May, like this May. So stayed tuned for more updates, and information.

This is only a test...

The sole purpose of this blog it to show of Watcher's War and get feed back from people.
This is the first chapter of Watcher's War the rest will be posted at some point over the summer.
The artist and I would really appreciate feed back.
Does the story make sense so far?
Can you tell who's talking and when?
Is the text legible and easy to read?
Any other questions or comments?
Thank you so much!
